Catherine Josey is a Director of Strategic Partnerships | Expanding Consciousness through High-Impact Collaborations for the Monroe Institute. Catherine and Master Rassouli collaborated to produce a visual meditation video. The video combines Rassouli’s art, Rumi’s poetry, and the Monroe Institute Sound Science. Monroe Sound Science (MSS) guides you gently through the field of light, creating a safe container where the mind quiets, the heart opens, and the soul’s deeper yearnings may emerge.
